INCONTRI IN ACCADEMIA
Trasmissione differita del ciclo di incontri con artisti che si tengono all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma.
Gli artisti del ciclo CONVERSAZIONI IN ACCADEMIA espongono, in occasione degli incontri, opere da loro stessi selezionate, illustrando la loro poetica e sollecitati dalle domande dei docenti e degli studenti presenti.
La serie di questi incontri prende spunto dalle conversazioni che si tennero nei primi anni ’80 durante le lezioni di Simonetta Lux alla Sapienza di Roma, che segnarono un punto di focalizzazione molto importante per quegli anni poiché, anziché la critica, come di comune uso, furono gli artisti stessi che, in prima persona, analizzarono i punti nevralgici della loro ricerca.

Delayed broadcast of the series of meetings with artists held at the Academy of Fine Art of Rome. The artists of the CONVERSATIONS IN ACADEMY series exhibit, during the meetings, works that they have selected themselves, illustrating their poetics and prompted by questions from the teachers and students present.
The series of these meetings takes its cue from the conversations that were held in the early 1980s during Simonetta Lux’s lessons at Sapienza University in Rome, which marked a very important point of focus for those years because, rather than criticism, as is common practice, it was the artists themselves who, in the first person, analyzed the key points of their research
